Upcoming grant funding deadlines

Here’s a summary of some upcoming grant funding deadlines:

25th November 11
Freemasons Grand Charity
Major grants of between £10,000 and £25,000 for National Charities working within the areas of Medical research, Youth opportunities, Support for vulnerable people (including older people and children, disabled people and those with health care needs), Hospice services, Air Ambulances and equivalent services and Emergency grants for disaster relief.

SITA Trust Enhancing Communities
Grants of up to £60,000 are available to not-for-profit organisations whose community improvement project has an overall cost of no more than £250,000. They support projects that make physical improvements to community leisure facilities and historic buildings / structures.

Erach and Roshan Sadri Foundation
Grants of up to £100,000 towards education, welfare and homelessness projects.

Education Endowment Foundation
Funding for projects run by schools and other not for profit organisations which fit within one of four broad approaches. Grants of £50,000 upwards.

Wallace and Gromit Children's Foundation
Supports projects in children’s hospitals and hospices throughout the UK to enrich and enhance the lives of patients.

Civil Society Responsive Grant
Grants up to £12,000, to promote international or intercultural exchange, co-operation and sharing of skills, knowledge and ideas between people from developing Commonwealth countries. .

Ulverscroft Foundation
Supports projects which will have a positive effect on the quality of life of visually impaired people (blind and partially sighted).

Community First
Community First is an £80m government-funded programme that will run for four years, until March 2015. It will help communities come together through new and existing community groups, to identify their strengths and local priorities, plan for their future and become more resilient.
