Foundation East
We are delighted to have signed an agreement with Foundation East to research and apply for funding for their two major projects: a Community Development Finance Institution, offering a small business loan service, supporting would-be entrepreneurs who have been unable to raise the necessary finance from High Street Banks, and; a Community Land Trust, working with communities to establish community-owned affordable housing – notably for key workers – and business incubation units.
